Welcome to Sportpix, a new self-serve source for editorial sport photography. Thousands of photos are available immediately online for your use.

Sportpix is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated sport photography agency. Formed by sports photographers Kevin Booth and David Wheadon of Hamilton in the Waikato.

We aim to supply publishers and photo editors a comprehensive digital library of sporting images from national and international sporting events as they happen. All Sportpix photographers are armed with the latest in Canon digital technology and a keen eye for the front page of your publication.

As a start up library we acknowledge we can not cover every event in the country but plan to cover all high profile events in the upper North Island. As we grow so will this coverage.

Kevin A Booth “I have been keen photographer for many years but contrary to many of my peers in that profession I wasn't really enthusiastic about it until the advent of digital photography. I was fortunate to be asked by the Waikato Rugby Union to work for them and as a result of that I was appointed official photographer for the Waikato Rugby Union and subsequently the Chief's Super 14 franchise. The cover of NZ Rugby World November 2006 (Keith Robinson) was taken by myself after the successful final of the Waikato Team in the 2006 Air New Zealand Cup. I have been a Solicitor in private practice in Hamilton, for 25 years.”
